Interests Outside of School Psychology

Outside of my interests in school psychology I enjoy hiking with friends, family, and my dog Sasha. I particularly enjoy climbing the Green Mountains in Vermont and the Adirondacks in NY.

Mans

I am very much into sailing in the summer. I race my Flying Scot in Rockport, MA. The Flying Scot has been in production since 1957. I own #4347 "Phoenix." I named it so because when I bought the boat it was left idle for several years and was a real mess. Once I got the mice to move out and cleaned up what they left behind, I got to work on rigging the boat for racing. She is a real beauty now and since she seems to have been saved from the ashes, I thought Phoenix was an appropriate name.

When the racing season is over I take to surfing in Gloucester, MA.

That is not me..

I enjoy reading history, and historical novels. Recently I have been enjoying the Patrick O'Brian series, the first book of which is Master and Commander.
