The concept of Martian (is only for fun!) has evolved along
with my birdwatching and matured more than a decade ago, after reading
Desmond Morris. The whole idea is to understand human ethology treating
him as a greatest primate from the point of view of a stranger, for instance
a Martian - to address questions like why do people behave the way they
do in this complex society, what humans can do and what they cannot etc.
etc. For a Martian ethnology is ethology + something more. More elaboration
on this later.home
