We are a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization composed of people who want to make it easier for you to learn about eating disorders and how to recover from them.

The number provides a safe and confidential way to ask questions, receive free information, and receive a referral to a local eating disorders professional.
We have created over 50 pages at this web site. You are welcome to print out as many of them as you want for future reference. Our budget is small, and we can no longer afford to produce and mail free booklets and brochures as we once did. Our goal is to provide assistance, in the form of information and resources, to those suffering with eating disorders to get them started on the road to recovery and healthy living.
