National Organization for Rare Disorders, Inc.
This web site offers a large database of understandable information on rare diseases, and a comprehensive database of information on foundations, organizations, agencies, and support groups that assist people affected by rare disorders. An orphan drug database is also available with over 900 orphan drugs designated by the FDA.

(Massachusetts) Federation for Children with Special Needs
This site lists special education regulations as delineated by the Massachusetts Department of Education and discusses issues concerning compliance with federal guidelines.

Ministry of Children and Family Development
